SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to SMS text messages sent and received through Coast2Coast Mortgage’s SMS-enabled business phone numbers operated via Microsoft Teams Phone. These terms do not apply to any other Coast2Coast Mortgage communications, services, platforms, or phone numbers.

1. Program Description

Coast2Coast Mortgage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program through our business phone numbers for the following purposes:

  • Employee Communications: Internal business messaging between Coast2Coast Mortgage team members.
  • Client & Business Communications: One-to-one conversations with clients, business partners, vendors, and other contacts regarding mortgage services, account updates, appointment scheduling, and general business correspondence.
  • Informational & Promotional Messages: Service announcements, promotional offers, rate updates, product information, and marketing communications related to Coast2Coast Mortgage services.

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Coast2Coast Mortgage for any of the purposes described above.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Coast2Coast Mortgage by:

  • Texting START to any Coast2Coast Mortgage SMS-enabled phone number;
  • Providing your mobile phone number and express consent through a written or electronic form;
  • Initiating an SMS conversation with a Coast2Coast Mortgage team member; or
  • Verbally providing consent during a phone call or in-person interaction with a Coast2Coast Mortgage representative.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you agree to receive SMS messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the communication. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis for business conversations, or periodically for informational and promotional communications. We will not send an excessive number of messages.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from Coast2Coast Mortgage. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Coast2Coast Mortgage at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message received from a Coast2Coast Mortgage SMS-enabled number.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number from that Coast2Coast Mortgage phone number unless you opt in again.

6. How to Get Help

For assistance with our SMS messaging program:

  • Reply HELP to any message received from a Coast2Coast Mortgage SMS-enabled number; or

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our SMS Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data in connection with our SMS messaging program. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Modifications

Coast2Coast Mortgage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the SMS messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Coast2Coast Mortgage is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by wireless carriers, network issues, or device incompatibility. This SMS program is provided on an “as-is” basis.
